Lead Time

The majority of our products are meticulously crafted to order and typically require approximately 3-5 weeks for completion. Items designated as "Ready to Ship" can generally be dispatched within 3 business days (excluding certain holidays) from the confirmation of your order. Upon completion, your piece will be swiftly dispatched via one of our esteemed expedited shipping partners. By placing an order with Shenkrait & Co, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any delays caused by weather conditions or similar events beyond our reasonable control.

Customs

Customs processing and import duties are overseen by our trusted shipping service providers, including FedEx, DHL, USPS, and others. They may contact you to apprise you of any applicable customs charges. Change of Shipping Address

Modifications to your shipping address can be accommodated only until your order is ready for dispatch. Once you receive a tracking email indicating that your order is ready to ship, we cannot guarantee that requests to alter the shipping address can be accommodated. This policy applies to both new orders and orders emerging from our repair workshop. Please note that depending on the change in shipping address, additional tax fees may apply and will be invoiced accordingly. In the event that the variance in taxes is less than the original shipping tax charge, you will receive a refund for the difference.
